Case Manager - Addiction Services

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a Case Manager to support its mission in providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing challenges associated with substance use disorders, mental illness, and homelessness. The Case Manager will work with clients to develop treatment and aftercare plans, arrange referrals, and provide counseling and advocacy services.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Two years' professional experience
• One-year experience in human services, substance use and mental health field preferred
• Certification or eligibility for certification in substance abuse counseling and willingness to pursue certification preferred
