Job Description
The Respite Case Manager provides direct services to adult Department of Mental Health clients who are enrolled in short-term transitional clinical and rehabilitative services, both in a residential setting and in the community.
Requirements
- Minimally 2 years' experience working in a mental health setting
- BA/BS preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Department of Public Health certification in medication administration (MAP) is required within 60 days of hire
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions
- Internet proficient
