Job Description
Riverbend Community Mental Health is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic Case Managers to join their team in Silver, Red, and Gold Team. These roles provide skilled behavioral health and addiction treatment services for children, adolescents, adults, and families within the Riverbend Community Support Program. Case managers work to understand treatment options, collaborate with the treatment team, and help clients manage their symptoms and goals.
Requirements
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Clear communication skills

- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Travel throughout Riverbend's catchment area
