Job Description
The CNA provides specialized direct care services for assigned individuals, working cooperatively with staff and program participants to implement objectives and therapeutic activities that support Individual Service Plan goals.
Requirements
- CNA Certification required
- High School degree
- Two years of job experience in a training program working with this population and/or Associate Degree in human services related field preferred
- Maintain required training certifications including CNA, CPR, First Aid and MAP
- Maintain valid driver’s license
