Nurse (RN) - Per Diem - Andrew House Boston

As an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team, the Nurse (RN) - Per Diem maintains a safe therapeutic milieu, provides direct nursing care, and contributes to each patient’s treatment plan.

Requirements

• Massachusetts registration and license in nursing
• One (1) year of hospital experience is required
• Prior substance use disorder or mental health treatment experience preferred
• Prior experience with individuals who are unhoused is preferred
• Prior experience in harm reduction and trauma responsive patient care preferred
• Demonstrated professional writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
