Job Description
We are looking for an empathetic and motivated Recovery Coach to join our team. The Recovery Coach will work one-on-one with individuals and families on their journey to recovery, helping them set goals, navigate challenges, and connect with necessary resources.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or above required
- Bilingual Speakers (Haitian Creole, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole) desired and highly encouraged to apply for this role.
- Lived experience in sustained recovery is required
- Lived experience in parenting is required
- Must attend the DPH-BSAS 5-day Recovery Coach Academy and be pursuing CARC certification
