Job Description
This Youth Advocate (Per Diem) position supports and supervises young people in the Weymouth Teen Group Home, providing daily activities and developing their skills. The role involves driving, de-escalation, providing culturally competent services, and acting as a positive role model. It's a flexible, per diem position offering training and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Driving required
- 1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred (not required)
- Residential experience preferred
- Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DCF) preferred
- CPI physical interventions certification
- CPR and first aid certification
