Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Specialist Priming & Sanitize to work with the Conditioning Team to create an efficient, accurate, and high-quality conditioning process. The role focuses on cleaning, upgrading, and disinfecting vegetable seeds and monitoring daily activities within this process.
Requirements
- Completed MBO education and/or relevant work experience, preferably in seed processing.
- Experience with process-oriented or technical work; a forklift certificate is a plus.
- Handy with computers and experience with handhelds.
- Accurate, analytical, and quality-oriented.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexible and stress-resistant, willing to work extra hours during peak season.
- Strong evaluation skills for seed quality.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to support other teams if needed.
- You contribute to an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Physically fit ā the work may require physical exertion when moving materials.
