Assistant Learning Specialist

The Assistant Learning Specialist will work with the Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE) to provide academic support to student-athletes. The role involves one-on-one meetings, professional development, and teaching academic courses. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Completion of Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred)
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication and analytical and writing skills
• Excellent computer (Microsoft Office) skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects at once and meet established work deadlines
• Ability to work evenings and occasional weekends
• Background in education, social work, counseling, etc. preferred
