Job Description
The International Student Advisor assists international students and scholars with US Immigration procedures and documents, educates students on their responsibilities and requirements, and advises students on various benefits available to them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum one year of professional work experience
- U.S Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
- Knowledge of US immigration regulations affecting non-immigrants in F-1 and J-1 status
- 1-2 years of experience as a Designated School Official (DSO)
- Experience supporting or advising diverse and international student population
