This student position is designed for the HelpDesk+ team in Moody Library to provide support to students, faculty, and staff with computer issues. Requirements
- Receive and release computers for service.
- Resolve software/connectivity/printing issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, software applications, printers, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer software applications.
- Provide training for utilizing technology resources.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with equipment check-in/out.
- Complete daily tasks including email, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
