Requirements
- Greet visitors and deliver excellent customer service
- Exhibit professionalism in all things
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Cash handling
- Working in the Point-of-Sale system
- Answer frequently asked questions about merchandise
- Handle small projects as assigned
- Maintain working knowledge about museum history and exhibits
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Be able to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Assist in planning, coordinating and helping with events as needed
- Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors
- Provide information and answer inquiries as needed
- Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services
