This part-time student worker position supports the Baylor University varsity esports team by assisting with graphics design, video editing, social media, and broadcasting. The role focuses on content creation, campaign execution, and supporting the program's growth within the esports and university communities. Students will gain professional experience and build a network within the competitive esports industry.

Requirements

• Produce high-quality multimedia content (static graphics, edited videos, social media clips).
• Assist with live broadcast support, including creating on-screen graphics and executing real-time clips.
• Develop engaging social media content.
• Write concise match recaps and general news updates.
• Collaborate with the brand integration staff and Esports Director.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalent software).
