Job Description
The Baylor TIP Teaching Assistants (TAs) provide supervision and mentoring to students who qualify for and participate in programs offered through The Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development. They assist in teaching a course, supervise students during class breaks and lunch, and report to an assigned instructor.
Requirements
- Complete all required trainings and job-specific assignments prior to working with students
- Assist instructor in planning and implementing high-quality lessons
- Actively supervise students during assigned times to ensure their safety and well-being
- Adhere to and enforce all safety and risk management policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
