Patient Care Monitor/Greeter

Patient Care Monitor/Greeter position at Health Care Resource Centers, ensuring the protection of employees and patients, providing backup coverage to receptionist, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Ensure that each patient entering the building has an I.D.
• Create orderly waiting line and perform crowd control
• Eliminate loitering and congregating in the parking lot and premises
• Report critical incidents and contact local authorities as needed
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building
• Perform security check of facility at regular intervals
• Attend staff meetings and in-service training as directed by supervisor
• Provide receptionist coverage as needed
