Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop complex visualizations, analyze reports, and communicate findings to clients, using BI tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SSRS. The role involves implementing new reporting processes, designing business reports, and providing actionable recommendations to business leaders.

Requirements

• Implementation of new reporting processes and procedures
• Analysis of reports for trends and variances
• Design and preparation of monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly business reports
• Act as subject matter expert for specific Bayshore Specialty Rx Ltd data sets
• Test and debug reporting and analysis using standard tools
• Interpret data and develop actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries and reporting needs
• Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedure
