The role involves collaboration with the health team, maintenance of accurate clinical records, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Registered and in good standing with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Preference of three years providing Occupational Therapy services
• Valid driver's license
