Personal Caregiver

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Personal Caregiver to join their team to deliver exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as customer service.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
• Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
• Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
• Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered as an asset
• Able to produce a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check
