Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a Personal Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. The successful candidate will deliver homemaking services, administer personal care, and offer companionship to clients, while maintaining a supportive work environment and adhering to infection prevention practices.
Requirements
- Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program
- Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English, and French proficiency an asset
- Ability to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
