Job Description
Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Caregiver to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to clients, while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Requirements
- Completion of formal, accredited caregiver training program and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of the principles of caregiving as well as well as customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English; French proficiency will be deemed an asset
- Provide high-quality care services to clients with current knowledge of practices for community care
- Physically assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23 kgs., squat, bend, stand and reach
- Reliable mode of transportation; driver's license and automobile considered as an asset
- Able to produce a clear Criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check
