The Mechanical Engineer oversees mechanical engineering activities, including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems, to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution.
Requirements
- Review mechanical designs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure systems.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in managing project budgets and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with SBC and safety regulations.
- Support value engineering initiatives.
