Machine Operator

The Machine Operator plays a key role in ensuring efficient production flow within the metal building insulation laminating operation, responsible for safe setup and operation of laminators and band saws, interpreting production work instructions, and maintaining accountability for production quality, documentation accuracy, and inventory control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling operations
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems
