Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management Department in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and controlling projects from start to finish, monitoring key parameters, and collaborating with engineers and architects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
- Solid knowledge of Cyprus Contracts
- Good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek and Russian is a plus
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and solve problems
