KEAN Cost and Contracts Manager

bbf: is expanding its internal team and looking for a Cost and Contracts Manager for the KEAN Project in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will develop and implement cost control strategies, review and negotiate contracts, and manage a team of cost and contract professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Management experience is strongly preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to generate budgets and reports
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of construction processes
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). The Greek or Russian languages will be considered as an advantage
