Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Development Department in Cyprus. The successful candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Solid knowledge of Cyprus contracts.
- Fluency in Greek and English, with Russian as a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Project, AutoCad, and MS Office.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Team player with leadership abilities.
