Job Description
BBYO is seeking a BBYO Camp Wellness Specialist/Social Worker to provide emotional support, monitor participant well-being, and assist with camp adjustments and challenges. The position involves training, supervision, and collaboration with staff and parents, focusing on creating a safe and supportive environment for teens.
Requirements
- Monitor participant emotional well-being.
- Identify and meet participant needs.
- Provide support to staff dealing with teen behaviors.
