Job Description
BBYO is seeking a passionate Chapter Specialist to enhance the programming, engagement, and impact of Jewish teens in the Great Midwest Region. This role involves collaborating with youth leaders, coaches, and community members, organizing events, and ensuring a positive experience. The Specialist will also work directly with a partner synagogue, BJBE Congregation, in Deerfield, Illinois.
Requirements
- At least 3 years removed from high school
- Must be at least 10 hours per week committed to in-person responsibilities
- Flexible schedule within a 10-12 hour minimum
- Comfortable with both taking initiative and working collaboratively
- Background in BBYO or similar youth/Jewish organization is preferred but not required
