SENIOR PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS ADVISOR. BC Ferries is evolving how we measure and govern performance to ensure a sustainable future for coastal connectivity. You will be the trusted internal consultant and guardian of corporate performance, tracking metrics, stewarding data integrity, and influencing operational health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing diverse set of enterprise-level KPIs and performance frameworks
- 5+ years of experience in influencing cross-functional business leaders on metrics alignment
- 2+ years of experience in supporting business case validation and translating KPIs into quantifiable economic impact
