Job Description
At the Vancouver Convention Centre, a division of BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo), we are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success, supporting our Business Development Managers in the sales process, and working closely with a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- Qualify incoming leads and assign them to the appropriate Manager
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to respond to inquiries
- Prepare detailed proposals and correspondence in the Momentus database
- Work with Business Development and other departments to gather facility information and estimate service costs for events
- Handle sales of satellite events
- Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
