Procurement Specialist

At BC Pavilion Corporation (PavCo), we are hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our team. The Specialist will coordinate with internal departments, interact with suppliers, prepare procurement documentation, and ensure compliance. The role requires a strong public sector background, excellent contract and proposal writing skills, and experience in managing complex procurement.

Requirements

• University or post-secondary education in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration
• Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation, or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Experience in managing complex procurement, including experience in managing competitive bids for construction and services-related procurement
• Understanding and experience with BC Bid process
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
