Intermediate IT Help Desk position performing troubleshooting, repair, and support activities for end-user technology-based products, including PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.

Requirements

• Perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities
• Provide support to client identified VIPs
• Respond to change management requests
• Perform Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) activities
• Meet customer service satisfaction levels and operational/customer service metrics
