Job Description

Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing or business
- Minimum four years' insurance experience
- At least two years of supervisory or management level experience in financial or sales environment
- Level 2 insurance license or willingness to become licensed
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to meet and exceed sales targets
- Limited history of Errors & Omissions and solid understanding of BCAA's business
