Evolve Fleet Support

We are seeking a Temporary Full-Time Evolve Fleet Support team member to join our Evolve team in Southern Vancouver Island Region. The successful candidate will ensure our fleet of shared e-bikes and e-scooters are safe, charged, clean, and in top condition for our Members. They will relocate fleet vehicles, swap batteries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain both field assets and warehouse inventory.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, mechanical operations, or automotive-related work
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and Members in both verbal and written form
• Comfortable working independently and managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM tools is an asset
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions, walk or stand for extended periods, and lift/carry items exceeding 70 lbs
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours when required
• Willingness to work in warehouse and outdoor environments, including exposure to vehicle fumes, noise, and fluctuating temperatures
