Job Description
The Associate Attorney will provide legal analysis and consultation to business partners, draft legal documents, and maintain productive working relationships with business partners.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree in Law required
- Member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan or ability to become a member upon being hired
- Up to 6 years of previous experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly developed sense of ethics and discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
