Job Description
The Director, Government Programs- Data & Engineering drives the execution of data use and adoption for Government Programs and CFO areas, promoting AI, automation, and best-in-class technology across teams. The role ensures access to accurate and high-quality data, leads the design of member level constructs, and supports reporting, analytics, and modeling across finance, controller, actuarial, UW, and Government Programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive responsibility in an IT data & reporting environment
- Experience within the healthcare insurance industry
- Project management and systems development experience
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience designing and utilizing data warehouses, big data, data mining, and Business Intelligence tools
