As an Account Executive, you will provide inside and client-facing program management support, including customer service, data preparation and analysis, business plan and customer metrics management, client reviews, reporting, projects, customer surveys, and client technology. You will monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts.

- Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics
- Skilled in using Excel for reporting purposes
- Good command of the English language
- Communication and interpersonal skills
