The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Specialist is responsible for assessing incidents to determine solution approaches, understanding requests for changes to identify the best approach, and applying solutions to ensure business problems are resolved.
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience in managing Technology
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre
- Knowledge in Agent & Client facing Travel Technology and experience in the administration of an application
- Knowledge in OBT's Cytric and/or Onesto and experience in the administration is a plus
- Team player with great empathy for customer needs
