Delegate Management Event Executive

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Delegate Management Event Executive to join their Meetings Management Life Sciences team. The role involves managing delegate registration for pharmaceutical client dedicated accounts and requires excellent customer service, administration, and data management skills.

Requirements

• Build and maintain registration websites, electronic invitations and confirmations for each assigned event
• Oversee all aspects of the website design, understanding system capabilities and reporting parameters
• Primary contact for client registration and reporting questions and primary Healthcare Professional (HCP) liaison and contact
• Manage day to day pharma compliance reporting requirements
• Prepare all relevant onsite print work, signage and documents including reports
