Job Description
We are looking for a Medior Corporate Paralegal to support the Corporate Legal team in Corporate, Corporate Governance, Compliance and M&A matters. The role requires high integrity, strong organizational capability, and legal accuracy, operating with a high degree of independence and professionalism in a global corporate environment.
Requirements
- HBO degree in Law, Compliance, or a related legal field
- Extensive experience in a corporate legal, notarial, or financial institution environment
- Dutch speaker and excellent command of English (C1 level)
- Solid knowledge of Dutch Corporate Law (BV/NV)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / LegalTech Tools
- Working knowledge with Document Management Systems (DMS, Legisway etc.)
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), e-signature platforms (DocuSign), and legal spend management
