Senior Travel Consultant

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. You will search and confirm travel reservations, fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations, and provide the client with industry information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling airline ticketing and reservation inquiries and transactions
• Proficient in GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) for booking and itinerary management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and operational processes
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing an offshore customer base is a strong advantage
