Requirements
- Extensive Travel Agent experience
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus
- Technology savvy: proficient user of different tools and systems
- Good knowledge of MS Teams for daily usage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German language
