Job Description
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for tax reporting, consulting, and planning in compliance for both direct and indirect taxation. You will manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Commerce Graduate with finance based qualifications like CPA/CWA/CMA/Intermediate CA/CFA Level I/CFA Level II/MBA
- Proven expertise in indirect taxation, including comprehensive knowledge of GST compliances
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience with multinational corporations (MNCs)
- Basic understanding of corporate income-tax law is preferred
- Hands-on mentality, flexible to changes within an international environment
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex issues
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP (SAP)
- Experience with Avalara Tax software is a plus
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
