Accounts Payable Processor

The Accounts Payable Processor will be responsible for processing accounts payable activities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining necessary documents. They will ensure timely processing of PO/non-PO invoices, supply and service GRN accounting, and timely payments to vendors.

Requirements

• Timely processing of all PO/non-PO invoices
• Proper and timely supply and service GRN accounting
• Proper processing for receipts/issuance of debit/credit notes
• Timely payments to vendors
• Supervise quality checking process and invoice approvals follow-up
• Coordinate with invoice processing team for approval exceptions
• Escalate delays in approval process
• Prepare necessary reports for quality checking
