Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Manager to join our team in the Central PA market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience and strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience, ideally within a 1-Day Concept environment
- Preferred: 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent business development, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using technology, including iPad presentations and electronic contract systems
