Selling Sales Manager

Daybrook Kitchen & Bath is hiring an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead the in-home sales team in the Baltimore market, with a focus on driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day / in-home sales preferred)
• 2+ years of sales management experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong closing ability and the ability to coach others to close
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, CRM systems, electronic contracts)
• Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
