Job Description
A boutique wealth advisory firm is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead and support a team responsible for ensuring operational excellence across client service and investment operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the RIA space
- Extensive knowledge of custodial platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity
- Proven track record managing high-performing teams
- Experience with performance reporting tools (Addepar) and CRM/workflow systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of processes related to private fund investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
