Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Project Executive to join our team at BCI Construction. You'll work in central Minnesota, with the option to be located at our Mora or Sauk Rapids office. Our company has a positive culture and values that prioritize family, great careers, and strong relationships.
Requirements
- Manage procurement and Gross Margin of the Project Management Team
- Support and assist building key relationships with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors
- Procure Projects in alignment with BCI corporate goals
- Coach and develop Project Management Team in project sequencing
- Lead Project Team through unique issues and conflicts
- Assist in the creation of Project Action Plans
