Job Description
BCI is seeking a Vice President, Cyber Security to lead the organization's forward-looking cyber strategy, overseeing a team of 11 and leading a portfolio of cyber initiatives. The ideal candidate is an IT leader with proven experience in modern, future-focused cyber security within a dynamic complex organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a modern, future-focused cyber security function within a dynamic complex organization
- Specific expertise in Zero Trust security models, quantum computing security implications, modern threat intelligence frameworks and experience integrating AI, machine learning and automation in cyber security operations
- Visionary leader capable of quickly building trust and credibility with the Technology Department, Board and Management team at BCI while working collaboratively across all areas of the business
