Job Description
Account Manager for Specimen Management (Life Science), covering Central region, Kelantan and Terengganu. This position is based at the KL Damansara Office, responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within the life science sector for Becton Dickinson's Specimen Management portfolio.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Specimen Management product line within assigned accounts and territories.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within life science research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and diagnostic laboratories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experience and resolution of issues.
