Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Commercial Data Strategy & Governance to lead our commercial data and AI platform strategy, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture standards and commercial analytics needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the reference architecture for commercial data, analytics, and AI, and establishing a scalable, cost-effective platform foundation that supports analytics, experimentation, and AI at global enterprise scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, platform engineering, data governance, or enterprise data strategy within MedTech, Life Sciences, or similarly regulated industries
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing global or enterprise-scale data and platform teams
- Proven experience designing and operating enterprise data platforms that support analytics and AI at scale
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management
